Born out of personal experience and a strong passion for helping others, Lisa’s work is a balanced blend of client led experiential and didactic growth and development. Her aim is to empower individuals and communities to understand, develop and maximise their personal and professional potential.
Lisa is also a trained Mindfulness Teacher including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), as well as a Breathwork Coach, and often incorporates these modalities in to her Coaching sessions to further enhance client experience and growth.
Lisa is continually developing her Coaching skills and is dedicated to working within the high professional and ethical standards.
Lisa established her Coaching business in 2020 after a successful career of over 20 years in Engineering and Sales within the construction industry.
Having received career coaching herself, she was inspired to follow her dream of having her own business supporting others in their life journey. It was during her own coaching sessions that she experienced that wonderful light bulb moment of what she would deeply love to do for this next stage of her career and is very proud and humbled to be doing just that, supporting individual and collective growth and wellness.
Lisa works with individual clients on a 1:1 Coaching basis as well as designs and develops wellness programmes for organisations, and often holds Mindfulness based wellness retreats.

10 years ago I was introduced to Mindfulness, a time in my life where it was crucial for me to have tools and techniques in support of a healthy work life balance. The awareness that arises with regular Mindfulness practice opened my mind to many new insights that I was previously unaware of, in my personal and professional life, and so when I was experiencing burnout I knew change had to happen. For some of us these changes can be small and for others they are big – the key is for them to be impactful.
I reached out to my now Coach Mentor and fell in love with the learning, developing and benefits of Coaching and so began on my new life and career journey and became a fully trained and credentialed ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Breathwork Coach.
As well as my non-negotiable mindfulness practice, I am a keen hillwalker and find a healing solace as well wonderful social connection during my solo and group walks in the beautiful Mourne Mountains.
And of course, I love spending time with my family and you will often find us in our beloved caravan enjoying nature and outdoor life in the stunning landscapes of Ireland and beyond.
